We had the honor of hosting Phebe Duff, certified MBSR instructor, who shared with our community an introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). MBSR is a person-centered educational approach which uses training in mindfulness, meditation, and yoga as the core of a program to teach people howto take better care of themselves and live healthier and more adaptive lives.
