LOCAL AUTHOR DONATES TO WELLNESS HOUSE
Rachel Hernandez recently published book, My Secret Angel and Me, is a Christmas story for children, beautifully illustrated by her sister-in-law, Ashley Adorno. The author will be signing books at Homestead Gardens in Davidsonville December 8 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and at Menchies in Annapolis Towne Centre December 15 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Wellness House.

Also, don't miss Santa Claus at Homestead Gardens . He will be at Homestead Gardens in Davidsonville from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on December 8.
About Wellness House of Annapolis
Wellness House of Annapolis provides essential programs for individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer, their loved ones and caregivers. Programs are grouped into three core areas: Children’s Programs—which include support programs such as CLIMB for children in pre-school through elementary school, Kidz Working Together—for kids in middle school, and Teens Together for high school age teens, as well as a tutoring program supported by local Anne Arundel county teachers. Healthy Living—programs and services which include seminars about nutrition, diet, exercise and visionary boarding and journaling as well as massage, healing touch, reiki, yoga, meditation, therapeutic art and healing music. Counseling and Support Groups are offered to individuals, families, couples and caregivers. All counseling sessions and groups are facilitated by licensed professionals and are offered free of charge.
